When asked why this is such a small portion, the boss was referred to the boss in an unfriendly manner, money was withheld. But after I complained again, there was a touch-up of a little more, in which the cup was crashed very unfriendly on the counter. It turned out that the young lady was the boss's daughter. I was insulted in a really rude way and people called afterwards. I have never experienced anything like it! Never again!!!

Tiny portions, tasting like any other ice cream parlor. The spaghetti ice cream consists of a maximum of 2 small balls of ice cream, for this it costs 7 €

The location of the ice cream parlor in the pedestrian zone is really great. We took a seat outside in great weather and after a slightly longer wait we were able to place our order. Unfortunately, at lunchtime, important components of various ice cream cups (including strawberries and bananas) were no longer in stock. After we had ordered ice cream cups without the corresponding parts, one of the cups was brought very quickly. After half of it was eaten, the waitress also brought the other two sundaes. In the meantime, an incorrect order was brought to our table twice. The taste of the ice cream was okay - the wait staff felt under the influence of narcotics.

Children were given a coupon for a ball of ice in a football game. Wanted to redeem the voucher after a few days, then it was said that this was valid only on the day of issue, and now not more; when we wanted to ask, we were in the middle of the sentence very unfriendly interrupted "that was said, coupon is not valid". It's kind of an impudence to give out vouchers for children that are only valid for one day. Good that in Waldkirchen there are other ice cream parlors, because here we were for the last time!

Very good ice cream and friendly service. The selection of sundaes may be a bit smaller than in other ice cream parlors, but there is something for every taste. The tiramisu is homemade and delicious. The selection of ice creams, which you can also vary with the ice cream cups, is quite extensive.

Choice: very little, balls: tiny unlike other ice cream parlors but just as expensive, taste: OK.
